We’ve rounded up 10 celebrity makeup artists you should hit “follow” on TikTok to up your makeup game.
Makeup Artist #1 – Mikayla Nogueira
If you Google “top TikTok makeup artists,” I bet Mikayla Noguiera would pop up in the top spot nine times out of ten.
This US-based social media influencer participates in all the makeup challenges, as well as offers candid reviews of products and makeup tips and tricks. Check out one of her most watched videos, a painting contouring tutorial.
Makeup Artist #2 – Mari Maria
With over 20 million followers on the platform and her own makeup line, Mari Maria is definitely a top TikTok makeup artist. The 29-year-old Brazilian makeup and beauty influencer also has a large following on Instagram and YouTube as well. In addition to sharing makeup tips and tricks, Mari also shares quite a bit about her personal life – she is married with the cutest little boy who sometimes makes an appearance on her videos!

Emmy Combs is a popular professional makeup artist with many edgy, fun looks. In addition to her makeup tutorial videos, she also posts comedy videos and collabs with musical artists.

Makeup Artist #4 – Rose Gallagher
Rose’s TikTok account is all about quick and easy tutorial videos for makeup tips and trends. A few months ago, we posted a blog about Euphoria-inspired makeup trends, so we love this video from Rose on this iridescent Euphoria-esque look.
Makeup Arist #5 – Ellie Addis
While she’s definitely branched out to videos outside of makeup tutorials, this UK-based makeup artist is all about pops of color, something we’ve been raving about all year!

Okay, this Brazilian makeup artist is seriously so talented. Her videos mainly consist of her using makeup to transform herself into various famous celebrities! The video of her transitioning to Michael Jackson is mindblowing.
Makeup Artist #7 – Giorgina Juanita
Giorgina Juanita is a Netherlands-based beauty business owner and makeup artist. Her videos mainly consist of makeup, hair, nail transformations, but she has also branched out into outfit try-ons as well. Giorgina owns the makeup brand Gigibee Beauty.

Makeup Artist #8 – Huda Kattan
Huda is an Iraqi-American makeup artist and founder of Huda Beauty, whose cosmetics you can find at almost any big-box retailer. Huda got her start blogging, then after moving and enrolling in a makeup training school in Los Angeles, she became a celebrity makeup artist for celebrities such as Eva Longoria and Nichole Richie.
She has SO many videos, but we like this recent one she posted on using a ribbon as a contouring hack!
Makeup Artist #9 – Ceemodegrees
This fabulous makeup artist posts makeup tutorials and sometimes inspirational videos. She mixes in go-to looks along with some bold color makeup tutorials that we love! Check out one of our favs, this 30 minute makeup routine tutorial!
Makeup Artist #10 – James Charles
This 23-year-old New Yorker got his start on his YouTube channel while working as a local makeup artist. While his TikTok features a wide range of videos, he still posts makeup tutorial videos, such as this one where he matches this bold but fun makeup look to his outfit.
