The Hunger Games premiere brought out all the movie’s A list stars, and everyone showed up looking stunningly glammed up. Elizabeth Banks, who plays over the top escort, Effie Trinket in ‘The Hunger Games,’ wore a bright orange Atelier Versace mini dress with a cut-out detail in the back and lots of gold trim.
