Nothing says “hello Summer!” like a pop of color. From the runways to the glossy magazines, beauty is calling to those who can take the vivacious colors and take it a step further. Whether you are using eyeshadow or eyeliner the aqua colors you choose will certainly make anyone’s focus linger around your eyes.
Here are some ways to master the aqua eye effect:
